The breakfast options have a lot of potential but leave a bit to be desired, with only two types of pastries available that don’t quite match up to the advertised selection. The rooms, while basic, do offer a decent layout for families and the overall location gives easy access to local ski challenges.

There are significant issues with cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms, where leaks and grime can be found. A critical problem is the bed bug infestation that some guests experienced—it’s alarming that management seems aware yet hasn’t tackled it. Noise disturbances are notably bothersome, likely due to the proximity to lively street activity. The absence of air conditioning is concerning during the increasing summer heat, which needs to be addressed for comfort. some furniture and amenities, like old toilet seats, indicate neglect and would benefit from an update.

The hotel is ideally located for ski enthusiasts, with easy access to the slopes and ski equipment storage.

staying at terranova was a great experience! the staff were all helpful and quick to respond to everything, which made our stay enjoyable. it's close to everything, making parking and access to the slopes super convenient. the breakfast was definitely a highlight, offering more than just the basics.

The breakfast was fantastic, featuring delicious home-made jams that added a nice touch. Staff members were friendly and helpful. there was a safety concern with the room’s open window, which could easily be opened by children on the fifth floor. noise from outside was noticeable at times. The lack of proper soundproofing detracted from the otherwise comfortable experience.

I had a great time here! The breakfast was superb, especially the tortilla and bacon. The mattress was super comfy, but the noisy street kept waking me up at night.
